Sharon Byrne has been a broker with Belmonte Builders for over 30 years and is currently part of the Howard Hanna team specializing in new construction. Sharon lives in Saratoga Springs and enjoys spending time with her six children and many grandchildren.

Belmonte Builders built the first house in the Albany, N.Y. region to be certified Gold under the LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) for Homes program.
