With our new series, we’ll provide you with an overview of our area schools, for your consideration when selecting a development.

Serving Clifton Park, Halfmoon, Ballston Lake, Round Lake and Malta, Shenendehowa is the largest school district in Saratoga County. With around 9,800 students enrolled and an average graduating class size of roughly 800, Shen’s main campus is home to 8 schools in 5 buildings, with their remaining four “neighborhood elementary schools” located in three separate buildings. They offer 34 varsity sports, in addition to a third party crew program open to all Shen students.

Shenendehowa is undoubtedly one of the best school districts in the state of New York, boasting a graduation rate of 95% with roughly 60% of those students graduating with a prestigious Advanced Regents Diploma. 90% of Shen graduates are enrolled in 2 or 4 year college programs annually, with many of them starting their freshman year with a semester or more of college credits from advanced placement courses.
