January 27, 2011- Belmonte Builders sponsored a table at the 2011 Saratoga County Planning & Zoning Conference. There were approximately 500 attendees including Planning & Zoning chairpersons from towns and cities throughout Saratoga County. The message to the audience was: "Belmonte Builders brings an innovative approach to community design".
We realize that we are an integral part in establishing some of the largest neighborhoods in the municipalities we work in. Our efforts to be a good neighbor include: 
- Land donations to Saratoga Plan and Saratoga Rowing Association and Local Communities
- Community amenity donations
We are an industry leader in incorporating creative concepts into our developments that are not only pleasing to the eye but also maintain compliance with environmental mandates such as:
- Rain Gardens
- Tree Planting
- Expansive Open Space
- Cluster Communities
- Nature Trails
We also believe in being good stewards to the environment and were the first to have a Gold certified LEED home in the Capital District. We have received many awards from NYSERDA regarding not only our building practices but also for marketing of the Energy Star concept.
