We are genuinely honored." said Peter Belmonte, Jr., President of Belmonte Builders. "Especially since this year’s Showcase had more entries than ever before. At Belmonte we pride ourselves in building exceptional custom homes at many different price points. This year our Showcase home, at 26 Hidden Farm Lane, is located in a beautiful neighborhood of 61 custom homes with a variety of floor plans starting in the mid $300's. We are also proud to note that these awards reflect the entire company's focus on exceptional design, detail and value.”
Now in its 15th year, the Showcase of Homes celebrates Saratoga County’s most exceptional homes built by some of the Capital Region’s finest builders. This year 16 homes participated displaying the latest in building techniques and products, as well as beautiful, high-quality furnishings and fixtures from some of the area’s top suppliers and designers. The event continues, on weekends, through October 2nd & 3rd.
Proceeds from the event will benefit Rebuilding Together Saratoga and Habitat for Humanity of Northern Saratoga, Warren and Washington Counties.
