Belmonte Builders Receives 2007 Realtors' Choice Award
CLIFTON PARK, NEW YORK, October 8, 2007– Belmonte Builders participated in the 2007 Showcase of Homes sponsored by The Saratoga Builders Association, Inc. and has successively received the prestigious Realtors' Choice Award, as well as, receiving several other awards.
The Realtors' Choice Award is judged by members of the Capital District Realtors Association. Approximately 130 realtors toured the houses and voted for their favorite home in each of two price ranges – best over $590,000 and best under $590,000. The Professional Awards were judged by a panel of architects, contractors, interior designers, landscapers, and area realtors.
The Professional Awards are given to the first place and runner-up in five categories. Belmonte Builders was pleased to receive first place in the following categories for House under $590,000: Best Exterior Architectural Design; Best Kitchen; and Best Landscaping. It also received Runner Up awards for Best Interior Floor Plan and Best Interior Decorating.
The Awards were presented to the builders at a special Awards Reception on September 28, 2007. Peter Belmonte of Belmonte Builders accepted the awards on behalf of Belmonte Builders.
