In a convenient Wilton location and five minutes to downtown Saratoga Springs, this is the first of several communities planned by Belmonte Builders new “Affordable Luxury” division. The goal of Affordable Luxury is to bring the design and integrity of expensive custom homes into a price range accessible to more people.
